    • 1 cup honey

    • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)

    • 2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional, for extra depth)

    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (balances the flavors)

    • Heat & Infuse: In a small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes over low heat. Stir and let it warm gently for about 3 minutes—don’t let it boil.

    • Enhance the Flavor: Stir in the hot sauce and vinegar, if using. Let the mixture sit for another minute to meld.

    • Strain & Store: Remove from heat and strain out the pepper flakes if you prefer a smooth finish. Pour into a clean glass jar and let it cool before sealing.

    • Drizzle over pizza, fried chicken, or cornbread

    • Stir into dressings, marinades, or glazes

    • Add a spicy twist to cocktails or tea

    • Mix with butter for a spreadable heat
